Hey there, it’s me Amanda, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Mindset Coach.

Food is obviously the physical sustenance that every person on this planet requires, and if our mental and emotional states are not in alignment with what we truly want, then detrimental decisions are more than likely made in regard to what we will put into our bodies.

Part of why I love what I do so much is that I get to be a bit of a detective by getting down to the root cause of why an individual is having health problems in the first place. I believe that our physical health reflects something deeper than just taking in the right nutrients – it’s about determining not only the physical factors behind their issues, but also the mental and emotional factors as well.

As someone who has been on both sides of the health spectrum, I understand how it feels to be helpless and not in control of my physical results. Experiencing this contrast gave me a deeper understanding of how it feels to live by my circumstances, and not by my conscious decisions. Now as a certified holistic nutritionist, I specialize in the mind/body connection focusing on how the way we think and the foods we eat influence and affect our physical and emotional health.

It is now my purpose to help individuals by educating and empowering them, so that they can once again take back control of their health like I did. I passionately educate individuals on how to make changes to their diet and shift their thinking to create new habits that will help them start eating better and take better care of their bodies as a whole. This is so they can dramatically reduce or eliminate symptoms all together and take back control over their results.

I truly believe with the right information tailored specifically to my client’s needs, coaching someone into making the right choices will result in the outcome of better health and increased happiness.
